On-Going Authentic Movement Group
Authentic Movement is the simple practice of freely moving from and following one’s inner impulses while being witnessed in a non-judgmental and empathic way. The practice of Authentic Movement supports one’s health, creativity and relationships and is a way of getting in touch with oneself on a deeper level. Additionally, Authentic Movement will allow one to create a space in one’s “plugged-in” life for quiet listening to what one needs, desires and intuitively knows.
Sessions are lead by two experienced Dance Movement Therapists and Authentic Movement Practitioners; Cara Gallo, M.S. BC-DMT/LCAT and Deniz Oktay, M.S. BC-DMT/LCAT. Sessions are held on every other Thursday evening from 7-9 pm (i.e. 5/16/2013, 5/30/2013 and on), at The Center, 526 W.26 Street, Suite #309, NYC, NY. Price per session is $70 and the student rate is $50 per session. Payment arrangements can be set up (i.e. pay as you go etc).

Cara for more information.
